I am who I am, genuine. That would be nice. There is truth in it. It is as well the title of God as used when he met Moses. It is what I was made in the image of. It is what I am destined to be: 'a son of God'. For the moment it is human. Not more, not less. Unless ... I hide or refuse.

Shame

When I am ashamed, I hide what I properly am. Usually it helps greatly to reveal my shame to people who care (or not even care) for me. Bringing my shame in the openness, relieves tremendously. Sometimes, a good friend can support me in doing so.

Prayer

Father God, teach me to live properly with joy and pleasure.
