Psa 147:17 ... he sends ice-crystals like breadcrumbs,
and who can withstand that cold?

Sometimes I am in circumstances which I can not handle well. It feels cold and abandoned. Thoughts as incompetence and clumsiness overcome me. And my mind runs away with all the bad thoughts.
It is time for a fresh breath. Time to relax. Usually things are not as bad as I may feel.
When God has sent coldness to me, I have no other choice than to listen to him. I can't handle the coldness myself.
