In a shop I saw this simple artwork with lamps reflected on the surface. I like reflections. As light on objects and as observing the quality of a prayer. With a reflection on my prayer, I should be able to observe the shadows of the Holy Ghost.

Meditating

Christian meditation is an effort to bring myself in the presence of God. I need to listen to the thoughts coming up in my heart or spirit. In my reflection (review) of the prayer time, I may observe issues where I recognize God's activity. Sure enough, I can make mistakes in the process. I still assume that fresh good, loving and helpful thoughts originate from the giver of live.
