Halfway the stairs is a platform. When I am there I can do very little. The space is limited. If I am not sure whether I want to go down to the exit or up to a higher floor, I am at a dead place.

Lukewarm

If I am not sure whether I want to follow the world or really choose to follow Jesus, I am lost. It feels like being at the platform halfway.

Jesus

Jesus calls me to be a follower. Waiting at a distance or in the middle between Him and the world is being at a dead place. I need to take courage and trust Jesus that much, that I follow Him wherever He leads me.
