Ideally is when everything would be perfect. When something does not match the ideal model, we may need some ideas.

Ideas create confusion

Some ideas really can solve problems immediately. Still they may need acceptance which may be hard in a world with competition.

Many new ideas will not be trusted easily.

Ideas may look very interesting. But do they really work?

As an engineer I have learned that most ideas also cause new issues that need to be solved.

Ideas do have competition with other ideas. Not every idea needs to be used.

If we never consider new thoughts this world would be very boring.

Each idea comes forth from thinking and imagination, and therefore it has value.

I really hope that ideas will be treated with grace, patience and some humor.
