Matthew 26:14-16. Betrayal 23 Nov 2023

Mat 26:14 Then one of the Twelve,
the man called Judas Iscariot,
went to the chief priests 15 and said,
'What are you prepared to give me if I hand him over to you?'
They paid him thirty silver pieces,
16 and from then onwards
he began to look for an opportunity to betray him.

There was not a lot of talking. The betrayal was paid with silver pieces. I always wondered, why it was so hard for the priests to find and identify Jesus?
The simple answer is that they did not knew Jesus. Neither physical nor spiritual.

Jesus, where do I sell 'you' or your values, for money?
