Matthew 2:13-18. Second Dream of Joseph 16 Nov 2022

Joseph was in Bethlehem. His wife just had given birth. Then he had a dream, 'Get up! Take the child and his mother, now, and go to Egypt.'

Imagine, in the middle of the night Joseph got up and without money he went to Egypt. Most probably he did not speak the language of the Egyptians. He had no home. And Joseph survived for a number of years.

Joseph did not ask questions. He obeyed. And it worked well. He did not worry, he acted.

Prayer

Father God, I ask for the courage of Joseph. That I may go where you want me.
