Reading this, it appears that the ministry of John the Baptist was more effective than the ministry of Jesus. Preparing for the kingdom is easier than entering the kingdom.

Prayer

Father God, teach me to confess my sins and to to seek courage to talk with those whom I have hurt.

It is harder to really talk with my 'enemies', than just to say sorry.
