And when Jesus had been baptized he at once came up from the water, and suddenly the heavens opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming down on him.

Jesus saw the Spirit of God. What did the others see? Perhaps they did not see anything. Jesus SAW the Spirit of God coming down on him.

Prayer

Jesus, may your Spirit rest on me as well.
