Genesis 9 Noah and his sons
When Noah got drunk and was found naked by his son Ham,
the two other sons covered Noah's shame.
After awakening Noah cursed Ham who had discovered his fathers nakedness.
Two sons of Noah covered his shame.
Discrete
It is a deed of kindness when I am discrete about the faults of my fellow people. It does not benefit anyone to bring a person to shame.
In cases someone has responsibility for damage he did, in my opinion he himself or a responsible authority should deal with that. Not everyone. That again is a principle of discreteness not to spread unneeded shame.
