2 Now the earth was a formless void,
there was darkness over the deep, ...
The Apostles Creed:
I believe in God the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.

Two Quotes

The first quote Genesis 1:1+2a comes from the bible. The second quote is from the Apostles Creed.
The question, 'Who created heaven and earth?', is easy. The answer clearly is, 'God The Father.'
Behind the vast darkness of the formless void, is the shadow of God the Father. God wanted Heaven and Earth.

Prayer

Jesus, please ask your Father to care for this earth and everything on it. Especially, where the earth looks like a chaos.
