1 Corinthians 10:13 Trials & Our Father 19 May 2024

1Co 10:13 None of the trials which have come upon you
is more than a human being can stand.
You can trust
that God will not let you be put to the test beyond your strength,
but with any trial
will also provide a way out
by enabling you to put up with it.

God does not allow tests in my life that I can not deal with. At least I can work on some smaller items. Overcoming simple problems is very meaningful and effective.

The "Our Father"

I am reminded of the, "Lead us not in temptation." And that is followed by the, "Deliver us from evil." I pray:

Prayer

Jesus, help me to overcome evil in my life. You are my deliverer.
