1 Corinthians 10:31 Honor God In All 26 May 2024

1Co 10:31 Whatever you eat, then,
or drink, and whatever else you do,
do it all for the glory of God.

It is stated so easily. It is only seldom that I think about the glory of God.

What Is God's Glory?

I did look it up in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC). Alas, I did not find it in the index. 2 Chron7:1 says, "The glory of God filled the temple." It may stand for His presence. I should live as if God is always near me.

Prayer

Jesus, you are invited to be in my heart. Please forgive me where I ignore your glory.
