Matthew 13:1-3a. Parables 1 May 2023

Mat 13:1 That same day, Jesus left the house and sat by the lakeside,
2 but such large crowds gathered round him that he got into a boat and sat there.
The people all stood on the shore,
3 and he told them many things in parables.

Jesus speaks in simple words with easy to remember examples. The first parable however, explains that good words still may fail.

Jesus, guide me into obedience.
