Why Community? Mankind Requires. 2 May 2022

Mankind encompasses each persons on this earth. The poor require solidarity. The hungry need our help. The lonely need our compassion. People suffering from wars need our support.

Ignoring

It is easy to ignore the needs of others. There are so many needs. I am busy. I already need to care for a few things.

That is what my life looks like. Is it a worthy life?
Matthew 25:31-46 describes how I will be judged by Jesus at the end of times.
Yes, mankind needs caring and loving communities. Why communities? I count myself both at the needy side and at the giving side. I need others at the time when I myself am needy. I need brothers and sisters. Alone I will be incomplete.

Prayer

Jesus, teach me how to care for the needy ones.
