1 Corinthians 2:3-5 The Power of God. 10 Mar 2024

1Co 2:3 I came among you in weakness,
in fear and great trembling
4 and what I spoke and proclaimed
was not meant to convince by philosophical argument,
but to demonstrate the convincing power of the Spirit,
5 so that your faith should depend not on human wisdom
but on the power of God.

Saint Paul came in weakness and in fear and trembling.

No Philosophical Argument.

He did not seek arguments. I am jealous of his convincing power. He opened doors to Jesus for many.

Prayer

Jesus, please demonstrate to me the convincing power of the Spirit, in fresh ways.
