1 Corinthians 1:30-31 Honor God. 8 Mar 2024

1Co 1:30 It is by him that you exist in Christ Jesus,
who for us was made wisdom from God,
and saving justice and holiness and redemption.
1Co 1:31 As scripture says:
If anyone wants to boast,
let him boast of the Lord.

I can not approach the sovereign God who made the world and all that is on it. I can not fathom His Glory. His Glory would destroy me.

Christ Appeared

And then - at the end of times(?) - Jesus Christ appeared. It is by Him that I exist. He was made saving justice and holiness and redemption. By Him, it became possible for me to be a child of this Glorious God, who is a consuming fire.

Prayer

Jesus, guide me into the presence of my loving Heavenly Father.
