1Co 1:14 I am thankful I did not baptize any of you,
except Crispus and Gaius,
15 so that no one can say that you were baptized in my name.
16 Yes, I did baptize the family of Stephanas, too; but besides these I do not think I baptized anyone.

Saint Paul just baptized a few in Corinth. And he is thankful for that.

Who May Baptize?

In the Catholic church priests and deacons may baptize new believers. But ... in case of an emergency every believer can perform a baptism.

Jesus, I ask for solid teaching and instruction about and around baptism.
