Matthew 9:8. Awe for Jesus. 7 Mar 2023

Mat 9:8 A feeling of awe came over the crowd when they saw this, and they praised God for having given such authority to human beings.

I read: 'praise God for authority given to human beings'. Now Jesus would be in singular. Thus more people have been given authority to forgive sins.
And I am one of those. For God says that I will be forgiven, as I forgive those who sin against me. I am authorized to forgive certain sins.

More than this, I believe there are more people who have been given authority to heal people. For the glory of God.

Prayer

Jesus, thank you for authorities given to me.

Self Evaluation

I need to discover more of what authority God has entrusted to me. I am supposed to bring glory to God.
