PSALM 134 - Journey's End 15 Mar 2020

The pilgrim's target is reached. I shall bless Yahweh by day and by night, and receive Yahweh's blessing after that. My blessing comes from Zion, where Yahweh resides.

God without Name and Location

I am aware that using the name "Yahweh" is not done because of respect for his holiness. Thus my God has no name, except "the Lord." He resides in "Zion", a place of blessing.

I should seek to know the place of the blessing of my God. If my God says: "go there", like Abraham I should go. If I do not know the name, voice and residence of my God, perhaps I am lost in my own world.

Psalm 134

Come, bless Yahweh,
all you who serve Yahweh,
serving in the house of Yahweh,
in the courts of the house of our God.
Through the night watches
2 stretch out your hands towards the sanctuary
and bless Yahweh.
3 May Yahweh bless you from Zion,
he who made heaven and earth!
