1Co 11:17 Now that I am on the subject of instructions,
I cannot congratulate you on the meetings you hold;
they do more harm than good.

Saint Paul speaks about our meetings. Now the main meetings of Catholics are masses. Then the question would be if the masses could harm?
Yes, they can. First of all, since most parishioners do not have a voice. No one even notices when they are disappointed.
Feedback
No organization improves without feedback and learning. When priests do not open themselves for feedback, let God judge them.
Prayer
Jesus, have mercy on the priests.
