And now I am going to put before you
the best way of all.

For many years I considered 'love' as a fruit of the Holy Spirit. Here it is named as a 'higher gift.' The best of all.

Mind On Higher Gifts

Love is considered as the best gift of all. Once in a retreat when offered the opportunity to ask for a gift of the Spirit, I asked for the gift of love.
Something remarkable happened. From that day on, my inner thoughts on other people became usually positive and friendly instead of critical. I experienced this as a great blessing.

Prayer

Jesus, I still ask for more love.
