Then Peter got out of the boat
and started walking towards Jesus across the water,

Could Saint Peter swim? From the story, it appears that he could not.

My Faith

What am I struggling with? What ghosts do I see? For sure, I am not producing as much fruit as I would like.

This morning I heard that the old Greek word 'Persona' speaks about a mask which actors wear. I might see opposition and resistance against me or my plans as a mask, which a real person wears. I have a need to recognize the actual person behind the 'mask'. And then ask: "If it is you, call me to meet you."

Prayer

Jesus, call me, to overcome my fears.
