Matthew 14:33-34. Ups and Downs 6 Jun 2023

Mat 14:33 The men in the boat bowed down before him and said,
'Truly, you are the Son of God.'
Mat 14:34 Having made the crossing,
they came to land at Gennesaret.

From the rough waves to the calm. The men in the boat were impressed with Jesus. They bowed for Jesus as a god.

'Gennesaret' may have a meaning of 'garden' in it. Thus Jesus and the disciples came from a remote area into a garden.

Following Jesus certainly has ups and downs.
