What can my hands do? Hands can express a lot. Hands can reach out. Hands can protect. Hands can bless. Hands can give. Hands can heal.

Hands Abuse

Pointing fingers, denying, holding off, hurting, handing over abusive power, destroying.

Prayer

Jesus, protect my hands for abuse and bless my hands for blessing. I thank you for the beauty of my hands.
