1Co 14:22 So then,
strange languages are significant not for believers,
but for unbelievers;
whereas on the other hand,
prophesying is not for unbelievers,
but for believers.

I am more than a bit confused. Unbelievers need to be addressed in strange languages. Perhaps each newcomer should hear his own language, as with Pentecost. Only God can do such a thing.

Believer's Pentecost

Once you are a believer, you are ready to hear the message of God. Such a message comes by prophecy. Easy isn't it?
