1Co 14:26 Then what should it be like, brothers?
When you come together each of you brings a psalm
or some instruction or a revelation,
or speaks in a tongue or gives an interpretation.
Let all these things be done in a way
that will build up the community.

Not just some shall contribute. I am wondering how we can motivate busy and passive people.
