Mat 17:5 He (Peter) was still speaking
when suddenly a bright cloud covered them with shadow,
and suddenly from the cloud there came a voice which said,
'This is my Son, the Beloved; he enjoys my favor.
Listen to him.'

The voice from the cloud has the same message as the voice with the baptism of Jesus (Matt 4), but this time it is added, 'Listen to Him.' By now, Jesus had disciples.
