Yes, the picture of today is at the high tech campus in Eindhoven. You can see the stairs. Actually you are at the 2nd Floor of the food court of the high tech campus in Eindhoven. You may think the people working here are smart. Nevertheless you have to tell them that moving from the 2nd level to the 1st (ground) level needs the stairs which they can see.
