Jesus sent his disciples two by two to prepare the way. They were autonomous teams. They just worked separated from Jesus. God made man and woman into one, but the man had to leave his parents. So that the man and woman became an autonomous team. God usually gives mankind autonomy.

Freedom to Act

For a healthy team it is needed that the team has autonomy to perform its task. They need to have opportunity to make mistakes and then learn from it

No Autonomy, Not Effective, Not Creative

Where there is no autonomy, creativity and effectiveness are seriously hindered.
