With reading "Scaling up" by Verne Harnish he states that good managers have two attributes:
1. They do not need to be managed.
2. They regularly wow the team with their insights and output.

Action

Our angels of the day have names: Leroy and Jenson. They are our housemates. It used to be an important day in our lives. Millet's birthday and today. We had however decided not to have a celebration.

This morning we were wowed by our angels. We were totally surprised by the unannounced breakfast with balloons and birthday cakes.

How do good angels relate to good managers?

They perform and wow regularly.
