Johan Cruijff realized his dreams.

He grew up without diploma or a major education. He was smart enough. Already at the age of 18 years he was a professional soccer player. He also had a gift for leadership. He learned to take responsibility and not just for himself, but also for others.

His leadership began with small things and grew into big things. He worked for promoting soccer in USA and learned from that. Later he even became Coach of F.C. Barcelona. He was an authority in matters of soccer.
