Zechariah. Two Meanings. 4:11-14. 24 January 2025
Zec 4:11 Then I went on to ask him,
'What is the meaning of these two olive trees,
to right and left of the lampstand?'
12 (And I went on to ask him further,
'What is the meaning of the two olive branches discharging oil through the two golden openings?')
13 He replied, 'Do you not know what they are?'
I said,
'No, my lord.'
14 He said,
'These are the two anointed ones in attendance on the Lord of the whole world.
This is the word of Yahweh with regard to Zerubbabel,
'Not by might and not by power, but by my spirit'
-- says Yahweh Sabaoth.

Two olive branches
They discharge oil. There are two anointed ones with the Lord of the whole world. being honest, I do not understand this well. Perhaps the continuation of the book of Zechariah will explain more.
By God's Spirit.
And not by might and not by power. It expresses that God truly desires to carry out his plans.
Prayer
Jesus, I simply do not understand most of those verses. Guide me, please.
