Mat 5:21 You have heard how it was said to our ancestors, "You shall not kill; and if anyone does kill he must answer for it before the court."

A court can deal with that.

It certainly makes a difference how things are said. Parents and grandparents may have their ways in stating various issues. They are not always perfect teachers.
Interestingly in the next couple of chapters, Jesus will come with some insights how to deal with nasty situations. First of all, Jesus recommends to treat others with love and respect.

Jesus, open my ears for your suggestions how to show respect to others.
