I am not made to be alone.

You know the saying: No-one is an island. In the bible it says: It is not good for men to be alone.

Still many on this planet feel lonely.

Some Islands

• I feel lonely without friends.
• I feel lonely without God.
  
• I feel lonely when I hear complaints about myself.
• I feel lonely when others reject me.
• I feel lonely when others do not like to cooperate with me.
• I feel lonely when my talents remain unused.
• I feel lonely when I have no desires and dreams.
• I feel lonely when I am cold and hungry.
• I feel lonely when I do not have a home.

The many islands in this world

It is true: our world is not perfect. There are many lonely people in the world.

When I do not care about at least some others, then I am an island as well.
