Apart 27 Oct 2019

Jesus says, that apart from him, we can do little. Today I sent a message to Millet (Ez 47,12), which speak about a tree which always bears fruit. I was given later on the day Psalm 1 to pray with. And this psalm again speaks about a fruit tree along a river, which always bears fruit.
A healthy community can be like such a tree, which always bears fruit.

Rejoice and be Glad (Gaudete et Exsultate)

140. When we live apart from others, it is very difficult to fight against concupiscence, the snares and temptations of the devil and the selfishness of the world. Bombarded as we are by so many enticements, we can grow too isolated, lose our sense of reality and inner clarity, and easily succumb.
141. Growth in holiness is a journey in community, side by side with others.

Ez47,12

Fruit grows together on a tree.
