Mat 7:12 So always treat others as you would like them to treat you;
that is the Law and the Prophets.

For me this is confusing. I would like help with growing myself in maturity and being effective. In my experience, not many like such help. Simply because change is risky, uncertain and it takes effort.

I said: 'I would like.' Which indicates that it is not easy to find effective help.

Prayer

Father God, teach me how I can find effective help myself and how to help others.

I should consider how I feel when others talk too long to me.
