Song of Songs 2:16

My love is mine and I am his.
He pastures his flock among the lilies.

Each of us is God's beloved. This evening I heard a priest or preacher say: That is the only thing that matters.

It is important. It is a truth. In my opinion there are at least two other issues that matter:

1. You must be willing to believe and accept this truth.

2. Anyone who dwells in the love of God, should be willing to repent. If I refuse God's love to operate on me, how can I then become born again?
