'Do not store up treasures for yourselves on earth, where moth and woodworm destroy them and thieves can break in and steal,'
says Jesus.

My Treasures On Earth

Alas, I do have treasures. And alas, they are for myself. And alas, I store them.

And what do I expect? My bank can get bankrupt. My government prevents me from such a loss. My house can burn down. My insurance prevents me from financial damage.
What about the moth, woodworm and thieves?
I know a few things even worse. 1. My riches do not make me happy. 2. I worry about the things I own. 3. With my riches I do damage to the earth. 4. My riches hinder me to follow Jesus and to do other good things. 5. I live with a fear that I disappoint God.
