Matthew 4:3-4. First Test 8 Dec 2022

Mat 4:3 and the tester came and said to him, 'If you are Son of God, tell these stones to turn into loaves.' 4 But he replied, 'Scripture says: Human beings live not on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'

What makes me, a human being, alive? I need oxygen, water and food. And I need every word that comes from the mouth of God.
Honestly speaking, I can't grasp that. I however do believe. I hope for a God who speaks. Hearing His words of life, and believing them, gives me life forever. No Oxygen, nor water nor ordinary food can do such a thing for me.

Father God, You are most welcome to speak your words of life.
