Mat 4:23 He went round the whole of Galilee teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and curing all kinds of disease and illness among the people.

It sounds like the fresh disciples followed Jesus on his journey through Galilee. It is still Jesus who acts. How did the disciples participate? It is not really written. They must have listened to His teaching. They must have seen many miracles.

I find myself struggling with a painful groin rupture. How nice would it be when Jesus would work out an instant healing!
For some - for me not so clear reason - physical miracles on basis of prayer are very very seldom.
In those days in the Netherlands is is as well very very seldom that people choose to follow Jesus 'immediately.'

Prayer

Father God, open the hearts of many, so that miracles can happen and more people can give their life for service to You.

Self Evaluation

I would love to be a student in the performing of miracles which set people free for the Kingdom of God.
