1 Corinthians 15:45 The Last Adam 23 August 2024

1Co 15:45 So the first man, Adam, as scripture says,
became a living soul;
and the last Adam has become a life-giving spirit.

I do not understand completely the logical context of the last Adam here.

A life Giving Spirit

I as well would like to work and act in a life giving way. I have only little to give. Therefor I already would be happy when I can offer Jesus to some others. I can not just 'hand Him over'. My lifestyle needs to reflect Jesus.

Prayer

Jesus, thank you for - I assume - being the last Adam.
