1 Corinthians 15:20-21 Dead Undone 13 August 2024

1Co 15:20 In fact, however,
Christ has been raised from the dead,
as the first-fruits of all who have fallen asleep.
21 As it was by one man that death came,
so through one man has come the resurrection of the dead.

Jesus has been the first who has risen from the death. For He did not sin. So we believe.

By One Man

By one man death came. That man lived in the paradise. He sinned. His wife is not mentioned as the one who sinned. God told Adam not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil (Gen 2:17.) With a promise or curse on the eating: if you eat, you shall die.

Jesus, please forgive me my many sins.
