Mat 20:6 Then at about the eleventh hour
he went out and found more men standing around,
and he said to them,
"Why have you been standing here idle all day?"
Mat 20:7 "Because no one has hired us,"
they answered.
He said to them,
"You go into my vineyard too."

It is almost evening. Perhaps the temperature already drops a little. The color or the light changes.
How could it however be that they had been standing around idle all day? The landowner had gone out already four times to seek laborers. He is always in need for laborers.

No one had hired them. How many laborers are idle in our churches?

Jesus, open our eyes to recognize the workers.
