Where does my power come from? Is there a place where I can get power?

Powers

Physical power comes from eating, training and perhaps health. Mental power comes from learning and training. The power to perform miracles comes from God. True or not true?

Faith

To use power in a meaningful way, I need faith and trust in what I am doing. Since power is 'powerful', it needs to be used with patience and kindness. It is easy to hurt others or to cause damage.

Prayer

Father God, teach me to use my powers in appropriate ways.
