Work on Frustrations 1 Aug 2020

If I can smile about some of my frustrations, I also may be able to explore more meaningful responses. It may not be an easy journey.


I need to trust a better future. And that future may be different from what I had plannend myself. Perhaps I have to give up the right to 'control' everything. I have to accept risks and possible failures.

If I have fears or feel uncertain, I ask myself: "What is the worst thing that could happen?" And then: "Can I accept that risk."

At least then I can escape from the passive unproductive place where my frustrations speak about.
