Jer 32:27 'Look, I am Yahweh, God of all humanity. Is anything impossible to me?

It was a repeated warning. The king did not believe the message.

Purpose of a Warning

A warning offers an opportunity to respond. If I do not respond, I may suffer consequences.

Recognizing a Warning

Warnings may be repeated messages. The repetition may show that a response fails or has not been observed.

The sender of the warning expects a response. He is not indifferent.
