Today in a church I saw this large clock. In the good old times, ships needed for navigation a very accurate time. The designers of ship clocks first build huge clocks, thinking perhaps that they could be build very precise. After lots of struggle with battered ship clocks, the constructors learned that small clocks behaved a lot better on the rough seas.

By times my thinking is wrong. I miss the mark. And similar to the designers of ship clocks I am a slow learner. I need to take a break and ask the help of the Holy Spirit to renew my thinking. It is much helpful to have a community around which helps me in the discerning and figuring out of the new to come.
