Zechariah 13:7. Against Shepherd. 11 April 2025

Zec 13:7 Awake, sword,
against my shepherd,
against the man who is close to me
- declares Yahweh Sabaoth! Strike the shepherd,
scatter the sheep!
And I shall turn my hand against the young!

Against Priest

At this time, in the Catholic Church in the Netherlands, there are few callings for the priesthood. God may shatter the sheep. It could be in the here and now.

Against The Young

It could be abortion. Although God is supposed to be loving. The world is already filled with many.
Zechariah does not just speak about Israel.

Prayer

Jesus, prepare us for hard times. Please grant us courage and love for the lost.
