Matthew 11:2-3. Prison Communication 1 Apr 2023

Mat 11:2 Now John had heard in prison what Christ was doing
and he sent his disciples to ask him,
3 Are you the one who is to come,
or are we to expect someone else?

I am not the only one who didn't get it (see yesterday). John the baptist as well struggled. I love the honest and direct question of John. He questions towards the good in Jesus. He did not question the miracles.

Prayer

Jesus, help me to have realistic and honest expectation towards you.

I have less faith than John the Baptist.
